Boot Camp-style training sessions designed to give your player a jump start for the upcoming season.
Boot Camp will emphasize mostly individual skill development. Players will be in a groups of five making a circuit to five different stations. At each of the stations (Stationary Ball Handling, Ball Handling, Pivoting, Shooting, Finishing) players will use their own ball. Instructors at each station will be current 8th graders in our program or alumni that play in the MPLS City Conference. During the last twenty-five minutes players will play 3v3, half court. Each player will be in close proximity to no more than 14 other players during the night (their pod of five then 3v3 cutthroat).
